It is your responsibility to obtain permission from copyright holders or their agents before a reproduction of works or any other content is made, or this will constitute an infringement of copyright.

UK DELIVERY
We aim to ship the majority of products within 3 - 7 days depending upon our suppliers. The printing of photographic orders is subject to handling times and processing and, to achieve fine art prints of the highest quality, we ask you to allow 28 days for some deliveries. Due to the nature of our product we cannot keep every individual item in stock. If any item is not in stock you will be notified and refunded in full within 48 hours of confirmation of email order.

AVAILABILITY
Our collection varies from one-off unique works to editioned work so we cannot guarantee availability of all products. During busy periods we may sell out of certain work within the collection. If we cannot fulfil your order, we will notify you and refund you via Paypal within 48 hours or, where feasible, offer an alternative. If we have not been able to fulfil the order due to availability we will endeavour to contact you on a first refusal basis immediately should another similar item be added to the collection at a later date. After 48 hours of this offer we will make the work available to all other customers via the website. Through our suppliers and contributors we may also be able to source items that are not normally available. Custom-made orders, hand-made photographic prints, work printed to order and bespoke products are all payable in advance and are non-returnable and non-refundable. All vintage work is independently photographed to provide a reference to the quality and state of the each specific piece, and all items are sold as seen.

PAYMENT
All transactions are processed via Paypal in pounds sterling. Payment by cheque can also be accepted. Please send us a description of the item(s) in an email and we will hold the item(s) in stock for a period of 48 hours. Upon receipt of your cheque we will arrange shipping within the terms stated above. We allow an additional 5 days for cheques to clear before items are dispatched. OVERSEAS SHIPPING
Overseas shipments may be subject to import duties and tax. Additional charges must be borne at the customer expense. Blanka has no control over these charges and accepts no responsibility for any additional overseas costs. Shipment is sent vie Royal Mailís overseas services and insurance is obtained for all overseas goods. We are unable to offer refunds or returns on any overseas goods.

CHRISTMAS DELIVERY
We are unable to guarantee pre-Christmas delivery of any order made after the 14th December.

ARCHIVAL PRINTS
Unless specified all of our editioned archival prints are Giclee Fine art Inkjet prints using Ultrachrome inks, this service is for custom printing fine art prints to archivally permanent paper. The inks have a life of 75 years and produce fantastic colours and neutral blacks. All prints are A2 on 270 gsm gloss finish paper. Custom orders above A2 and up to A0 can be priced separately by contacting us via email.

RETURNS
Product may be returned if you notify us via email within 7 days of receipt of product. Products must be returned undamaged and in the state in which they were sent. You are responsible for ensuring correct packing of the product and using appropriate postal and recorded delivery methods with relevant insurance cover in place. Blanka is not responsible for the loss or damage of any returned product. Upon satisfactory receipt of the returned goods we will refund your payment within 7 days minus the costs of initial shipping and packing charges. Bespoke made items or products purchased by Blanka through third party suppliers or products supplied directly from design companies personal archive may only be returned at the discretion of the third party. The dimensions of all of our products are advertised on the site so please check that you are happy with size of any items prior to ordering.

DAMAGE
If your product is received damaged in the post, please notify us immediately and retain the product and packing and we will contact Royal Mail who will be repsonsible for addressing and compensating the damage claim. Do not return the damaged product to Blanka, notify us immediately and we will advise on the appropriate course of action.

LOSS
Once the product has been dispatched to the Royal Mail, the risk of loss passes to the customer. If you have not received your goods within 7 days of our "your goods have been shipped" email, please notify us via email.

BROWSER RECOMMENDATIONS
Varying monitor settings may affect the accuracy of actual colours of work shown. If you are using a PC, we recommend you view our site using Mozilla Firefox. If you are using a Mac (OSX or above), we recommend you view our site using Mozilla Firefox or Safari. Our site has been checked and can be viewed on Internet Explorer and Netscape Navigator although irregularities may occur and certain functions may not be executed as intended.
